Lacombe Weather:

THAT WHEREAS the Town of Lacombe owns and operates a number of recreation facilities in the Town; 

AND WHEREAS Gray Beverages Inc. is desirous of supplying and installing signage and scoreboards at these facilities; 

AND WHEREAS Gray Beverage Inc. is willing to enter into an agreement for the provision of the signage and scoreboards if they are given the exclusive right to supply all soft drinks at facilities owned by the Town; 

NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED THAT  approval be given for the Mayor and the Municipal secretary to execute an agreement, as presented, between the Town of Lacombe and Gray Beverage Inc.
