Reception Room Rates

         THAI Council concur with the recommendation by

         the Recreation, Parks and Culture Board to:

                 

            1. Maintain the 1991 Parkland Place Reception Room rates at 1990 levels.     

        

           REGULAR RATES

        

        

               Half Day (8:00 a.m. - 12 noon; 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)  $25.00

        

               Evening (6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)  $25.00

        

               Damage Deposit  $100.00

        

        

           SPECIAL RATES                                                               

         The following will not be required to execute a rental

         order to use the Reception Room and therefore will not

         use of the Reception Room;

         agreement in

                       FCSS - for meetings or workshops

                       Recreation Department - for meetings or workshops

                       Library Board - for meetings or workshops

                       Maskipitoon Historical Society - for meetings or workshops

                      County of Lacombe -   for groups covered under Joint Use

                                        Agreement

                       Internal Boards/Commissions/Committees of the Town of

                              Lacombe, Mainstreet, or BRZ

                       Alcoholics Anonymous

                       Alberta Housing Authority
