LACOMBE
FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES & CHARGES
|
| 1. |
The Department may charge a
$500.00 fee per unit for the following:
|
| |
- an unregulated release of
dangerous goods;
- a fire for which a person is
convicted of arson under the Criminal code of Canada;
- an "open fire"
which is intentionally set, with or without a permit, and
becomes out of control, or some other emergency results;
- any "false alarm"
- response to a motor vehicle
accident, and/or similar incident within, or outside the
Town of Lacombe corporate limits.

Plus the cost of replacement of
equipment and/or materials used, lost or damaged as a result of
the response.
