Use of Highway Right of Way

THAT WHEREAS concern has been expressed concerning the use of the Highway 2A right-of-way located east of the highway by the public;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Policy No. 32.348 89 PO, Regulation of Use of Highway Rights of Way, be adopted as presented.
