The Town shall undertake at its cost the regular
monthly flushing of each service line in the 43rd Avenue Close as a
prevention measure, with the exception of residences at Lots 10, 12
& 13 which, in November, 1987 requested the service be
discontinued. (1988) |

Sewer backup caused by blockage of the residence's
service line continue to be the responsibility of the property owner
in accordance with established policy of the Town. |
