Subdivision Application & Endorsement Fees

Lacombe Weather:

THAT WHEREAS pursuant to the decision of Council to approve the position description for a Planner/Development Officer by Policy 14/116.62, and;  

WHEREAS as part of the roles and duties described in the position description is the responsibility of processing subdivision applications, pursuant to the applicable Provincial legislation and regulations, and; 

WHEREAS pursuant to the Subdivision and Development Regulations (AR-215/95 Schedule Form 1) a municipality can establish fees for the processing of subdivision applications;  

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approve the following fee schedule: 

    (a)       Application Fee:

              $350.00 fee plus $100 per parcel, excluding reserve and utility parcels, and

    (b)       Endorsement Fee:

              $50.00 per parcel, except for

    (c) Title Separation:

              $350 fee

              (Section 652(4)(a) of the Municipal Government Act)
