POLICY STATEMENT

The upper lobby area of the Lacombe Ice Center shall be accessible to the community for small functions at a reasonable rate.

PROCEDURES

1.    Rules and Regulations

    a)    All tables must be cleared and wiped clean
    b)    Ash trays shall be cleared and wiped clean.
    c)    All garbage must be picked up.
    d)    The premises must be vacated by 2:00 a.m.  There will be an extra $50.00 per hour charged for each hour beyond this closure time.
