TOWN OF LACOMBE
BYLAW 341

WHEREAS, the lands hereafter described are no longer required for the purpose of municipal reserve, and

WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Lacombe deems it expedient to dispose of the municipal reserve, pursuant to s. 674 of the Municipal Government Act, and

WHEREAS, Attachment 'A' which shows the location of the lands described herein, is attached and forms part of this bylaw, and

WHEREAS, Notice of the intention of Council to pass a bylaw to allow disposal of the reserve has been given in accordance with s. 606 of the Municipal Government Act, and

WHEREAS a Public Hearing was held in accordance with s. 230. 

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Lacombe, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, enacts as follows:

1. The Chief Administrative Officer be directed to request the Registrar of Land Titles to remove the reserve designation from the title of Lot 15 MR, Block 5A, Plan 892-3307  to enable the Council to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the parcel. 

2. Attachment 'A' shall form part of this Bylaw.

3. This Bylaw shall come into effect upon final passage thereof.
