Downtown Lacombe presently accounts for a modest
proportion of the Town employment and at the 20,000 population level total
downtown employment is expected to grow by 50%. The parking review provides
information on present parking demand and future parking requirements, realizing
the increase in downtown employment and potential loss of curb side parking on
Highway 12.
