increases for on-street parking the town should consider a more detailed review
of on-street parking to determine vehicle turnover and duration of stay for
specific downtown block faces. Any loss of parking due to the increase in laning
on Highway 12 would be limited in scope, with fewer than 35 stalls lost within
the commercial core area.
